Leprechaun Trap Cake

This cake is super cute for St.Patty's Day! The story goes that leprechauns are extremely difficult to catch...but they love gold coins, so you make this cake to trap one! When a leprechaun notices the sign on top of your cake he'll come to steal the coins in the center. But since this is made in an angel food pan it is hollow in the middle, meaning that the pot of gold will collapse and the leprechaun will fall through to the center (it's a trap!) In order to get out he'll have to eat through the cake, leaving a rainbow behind. When you cut into the cake you'll see the rainbow!! Cute, huh?
